This cake is traditionally made for big events such as weddings, christening, anniversaries, communions. It is made of choux buns filled with custard (Vanilla) dipped in Caramel, stacked and stuck together with Caramel.

Due to the nature of of this product, 4 weeks preorder is required. We count 5 choux (4cm diameter) per person. The cake needs to be assembled on the day and has to be eaten within an hour of assembly, as the caramel does not like being kept in the fridge for too long and the choux gets soft. I would prefer the cake to be assembled on site of consumption as it is not designed to travel. This means, coming on site with someone to help me build the cake for your function. We have our own mobile kitchen to build the croquembouche. However, it will not be possible to use it in London. So we would require space on site to put it together.

As we have evolved in making the croquembouche, we now have 2 options for serving with 2 options for prices.

Option 1:

We can make you a full tower for your guests. As this requires time to produce, we would we to charge £8 per person.

Option 2:

We have a croquembouche cone we can build for 45ish people. Then extra portions for your party can be plated and served to your guests. As this is a faster way to serve the croquembouche, this would be £7per person. This means you have a party of 100 guests, you get a cone to have your cake cutting on display for 45 people, the rest will be on trays for your caterer to plate.

Transport fee of £1.50 per mile will be added to the total price of the cake to cover usage of car, petrol, and wages during transit from the bakery to the site and back.

IF you require us to dismantle the croquembouche for you we charge £30ph for any extra time we stay. We only count in full hours. So if we have to stay an hour and half, we would charge £60.
