This cake is traditionally made for big events such as weddings, christening, anniversaries, communions. It is made of choux buns filled with custard (Vanilla or Chocolate) dipped in Caramel, stacked and stuck together with caramel. It traditionally also has an almond praline base.

Due to the nature of of this product, a minimum size of 90 chouxs is advised. This makes 2 choux per serving. 4 weeks preorder is required. The cake needs to be assembled on the day and has to be eaten on the day as the caramel does not like being kept in the fridge for too long. I would prefer the cake to be assembled on site of consumption as it is not designed to travel. This me coming on site with someone to help me build the cake for your function.
